LEP Peer Network launched
The Local Enterprise Partnership is looking to launch a new peer network programme to connect the top SME business leaders from the county.
The Peer Network will address issues such as the current business challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, Transition Period, environmental legislation, as well as ongoing issues ranging from growth strategies, HR, change management and innovation succession planning with the aim to improve the region’s business landscape and drive economic prosperity.
Business leaders will be grouped in peer networks based on sector, area of expertise and business challenges faced within their respective business. The networks will regularly meet to discuss strategic and operational challenges and work together to find practical solutions.
The programme will give you:
– Networking opportunities: You can talk to other business leaders in the Staffordshire region about the issues affecting your business.
– Free support: You can access professional business mentors, advisors, and leaders in your group and across the programme.
– A voice: You have the opportunity to set the agenda to discuss and analyse specific problems you may be encountering.
Please note, this is a fully funded programme with no financial commit from you or your business. All we ask of you is to commit a minimum of 21.5 hours.
