Burton Business loan event aims to support small businesses
Business support and financial intermediaries, solicitors, bank managers, advisory services are all invited to attend an event in Burton to find out more about the Staffordshire Business Loan Fund.
BCRS and Staffordshire County Council are hosting a lunchtime event at Branston Golf and Country Club on 11th December to find out how the loan fund could benefit the expansion and development plans of viable small businesses located across Burton and the rest of Staffordshire.
Come along from 11:45 until 1:30pm to find out how the fund could help your business clients gain access to finance. The loan fund is available exclusively for Staffordshire based businesses having difficulty in raising the funds they need from mainstream lenders. The scheme is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund and offers loans from £10,000 to £50,000.
Any businesses that would like to use the opportunity to come along and find out how the loans could help with their own business’ development and expansion plans would also be welcomed. The event will help to raise awareness of the financial support available and will include an opportunity to hear from a Staffordshire business owner, Nicholas Wilcox – Netmania, as a guest speaker to discuss the benefit of having such a loan fund within the area.
If you would like to attend the event, please email events@bcrs.org.uk to book a place or you’re welcome to turn up on the day. Please call 0845 313 8410 for more information.
